These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and z376 governing your use of the z376 platform, including all gaming products, payment services, promotional offers, and account facilities. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on z376. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If z376 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, z376 may close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from such accounts pending investigation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested as part of the KYC process. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
z376 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.
The following persons are not eligible to hold an Account on z376:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z376 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. z376 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.
You must notify z376 immediately via live chat support if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person or if your login credentials have been compromised.
All z376 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals processed through supported Pakistani payment methods. Your Account Balance, transaction history, wagering activity, and withdrawal amounts are all expressed in PKR.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting z376 customer support via live chat. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no outstanding disputes or investigations are in progress.
z376 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, without prior notice, where z376 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply to each payment method and are displayed within the z376 cashier at the time of deposit. z376 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed same day during normal operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside operating hours will be processed on the next business day. z376 may request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first withdrawals or where the amount exceeds standard thresholds.
z376 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. z376 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where transaction patterns trigger AML review protocols. All promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and other incentives made available on z376 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer games, certain slot categories, or low-margin bets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward satisfying wagering requirements.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, each promotional offer is available to one Account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. z376 reserves the right to determine whether multiple Accounts claiming the same promotion constitute bonus abuse and to take appropriate action including forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

Accounts found engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended without notice and associated Bonus Funds and winnings forfeited.
z376 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after Bonus Funds have already been credited, players will be given a reasonable opportunity to meet existing wagering requirements under the original terms.

Where reconstruction is not possible, z376 may void the affected round and refund the relevant stake to the player's Account. z376 is not liable for losses caused by player-side connectivity issues.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on z376 and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. z376 reserves the right to impose individual stake restrictions on any Account at its sole discretion.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be escalated to z376's formal complaints process, details of which are available through customer support. If the formal complaints process does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by z376's licensing authority.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, consolidated, or representative proceeding against z376.
